For this challenge, players will work on their prepping skills. A situation has arisen and you are only able to eat packable meals. This exercise tests both your ability to preppare and feed youself in a way that is not only nurishing but also satisfying and also how well your pantry or emergency food stores are. You will need to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner for 1 day using only ready-made or just-add-water meals that you have stocked. The meals need to be prepared using only the cook kit or equipment currently packed in your “bag”, so make sure you have at least a basic cook kit packed.
