Collection and Use of Personal Information
The Company only collects Personal Information voluntarily given to us by you. - b)The Company will disclose Personal Information: 1) if it is required to do so by law or regulation or judicial order; 2) if we receive a validly issued subpoena issued by a court of competent jurisdiction; 3) to defend or enforce the Company’s rights under any Agreement between a User and the Company, including but not limited to this Online Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use relating to this Website or the Pay Subscription Service Agreement; or 4) if a you consent to the disclosure.
We embed the WooCommerce Services plugin for payments with PayPal: purchase total, currency, billing information. For taxes: the value of goods in the cart, value of shipping, destination address. For checkout rates: destination address, purchased product IDs, dimensions, weight, and quantities. For shipping labels: customer’s name, address as well as the dimensions, weight, and quantities of purchased products.
We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.
What we collect and store
While you visit our site, we’ll track:
- Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
- Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
- Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:
- Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
- Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.
Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.
What we share with others
We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you.
For payments, we send the purchase total, currency and customer’s billing information to the respective payment processor. Information shared with a payment provider to process payments includes:
- Name
- Address
- Phone
- City/State/Zip
- Unique payment identifier
- Payment provider identifier

For automated taxes we send the value of goods in the cart, the value of shipping, and the destination address to TaxJar. Please see TaxJar’s Privacy Policy for details about how they handle this information. For checkout rates we send the destination ZIP/postal code and purchased product dimensions, weight and quantities to USPS or Canada Post, depending on the service used. For shipping labels, we send the customer’s name, address as well as the dimensions, weight, and quantities of purchased products to EasyPost. We also store the purchased shipping labels on our server to make it easy to reprint them and handle support requests.
We collect your public profile data only from your consent that you grant before initiating Social Login, from the social network used to login at our website. This data includes your first name, last name, email address, link to your social media profile, unique identifier, and link to social profile avatar. This data is used to create your user profile at our website. You can revoke this consent at any time by sending us an email.
We embed Facebook Comments plugin to allow you to leave comment at our website using your Facebook account. This plugin may collect your IP address, your web browser User Agent, store and retrieve cookies on your browser, embed additional tracking, and monitor your interaction with the commenting interface, including correlating your Facebook account with whatever action you take within the interface (such as “liking” someone’s comment, replying to other comments), if you are logged into Facebook. We use Disqus Comments widget at our website for you to be able to comment at our web pages using Disqus commenting system. Disqus may collect information about you when you register for and use the Service. We collect the data related to the Facebook Comment you post, only from your consent that you grant before posting a Facebook Comment at our website. This data includes your Facebook account name, unique Facebook account identifier, unique identifier associated to the posted Facebook comment, unique open graph object identifier of the web page at which you posted the comment, unique identifier associated to the parent comment if you reply to an existing comment. This data is used to show recent Facebook Comments made all over our website and/or to show the old comments made at non-SSL web pages before we moved our website to SSL. We send the Facebook Comment you post, to page/post author and/or website administrator via automated email, only from your consent that you grant before posting Facebook Comment at our website. This data includes just the Facebook comment posted by you.
We use MailPoet newsletter and emails. If you have subscribed to our newsletter or if you are a member of our website (you can log in) or if you have purchased on our website, there is a good chance you will receive emails from us.

CALIFORNIA “DO NOT TRACK” SETTINGS

Deletion of Personal Information
If a user wishes to no longer receive Company email updates and chooses to have all personal information deleted from the Company’s records, please send an email to info@keepingitriel.com with the word “Unsubscribe” in the subject field.
