Steve's super fast New England biscuits
Whentime is of the essence and you need some biscuits NOW… this may be the recipefor you. These biscuits whip up fast and are ready in less than 30 minutes. I’vebeen told that the salty flavor of these biscuits is comparable to the KFCbiscuit.
Equipment
- 1 mixing bowl
- 1 mixing spoon
- 1 measuring cups and spoons
- 1 muffin pan (standard or large)
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 400° F and grease either a standard orlarge sized muffin pan.
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a medium sized mixing bowl until fully blended.
- Spoon the batter into the greased muffin pan so that each cup is evenly filled.
