This is a quick, easy way with just 4 seasonings to turn your yellow cake mix into a spice cake mix.

Equipment

  • 1 Bowl for cake mix
  • 1 Set of teaspoons including 1/2 and 1/4 measures
  • 1 mixing spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cloves *You can substitute 1/4 tsp. of Ground Allspice if you don't have Ground Cloves

Instructions
 

  • Pour Yellow Cake Mix into bowl
  • Add cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves
  • Stir together until thoroughly mixed
  • Follow baking instructions on box or per the recipe you are using
